研究方向:
课题组长期致力于开发新型生物分子检测技术与仪器,应用于重大疾病早期诊断、疾病现场快速检测,并致力于成果转化。具体研究方向包括:
1. 数字式分子诊断新技术。通过融合分子生物学、微流控芯片、分析化学等技术手段,研发新型数字单分子检测芯片与仪器,用于重大疾病的早期诊断。
2. 现场检测技术与仪器开发。通过结合微流控芯片、荧光纳米材料等技术,开发现场检测技术以及便携式仪器,实现疾病现场诊断。
