林旭东

 

林旭东博士,中山大学生物医学工程学院教授/博导,广东省杰青,逸仙学者,中山大学“百人计划”引进人才。2012年本科毕业于中山大学微电子学系,2017年博士毕业香港城市大学。20193月加入中山大学,从事生物医学传感方向的教学及科研工作。长期致力于微纳生物医学器件及系统的研究与开发,已以第一/通讯作者在Nature Communications, Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, Advanced Science, Small, Nano LettersBiomaterials等高水平期刊发表研究工作多篇;授权国际发明专利及中国发明专利多项,并已成功转化5项中国发明专利(转化金额300万);相关研究成果多次被中国日报等国内外知名新闻媒体报道

二、学科方向

以疾病(特别是神经系统疾病)诊断及治疗需求为导向,致力于微纳生物医学器件及系统的研发,探索其在大健康领域的应用新范式:

生物医药在体筛选:基于微流控技术和超快光学成像技术,设计开发针对小型模式生物(斑马鱼/线虫)的高通量筛选技术和平台,结合人工智能算法进行靶向药物的精准筛选;

远程精准神经调控:发展新型植入式微纳器件及系统,实现活体动物的远程、高时空分辨率的神经调控,用于脑科学基础研究以及脑疾治疗;

智能生物医学传感:开发基于微纳结构的生物医学传感技术,实现对复杂神经递质释放的快速,高灵敏度和高特异性的监测及相关脑部疾病诊断。
