研究方向
先进制造:掩膜\无掩模光刻、纳米转移光刻、纳米压印、电子束曝光等先进制造技术的机理研究,及面向大面积超构表面和生物传感器件的制造方法研究。
生物传感:基于大面积超构表面的纳米光学特性,利用数值分析、机器学习等方法,实现生物标志物的超灵敏传感。
纳米光学:基于超构表面的光谱重建,结合深度学习方法实现高光谱成像,及高分辨率超光谱相机的开发及其在生物传感的应用。
科研项目
1. 广东省自然科学基金面上项目,基于超表面的超光谱成像原理与机器学习辅助光谱重建研究,2024~2026,主持,15万元。
2. 国家自然科学基金青年项目,硅对称破缺结构组成的渐变超表面阵列及基于其点阵图像的分子智能检测研究,2023~2025,主持,30万元。
3. 高校基本科研业务费培育项目,基于超构表面衍射光学元件的超高灵敏度生物分子检测系统,2022,主持,12.77万元。
4. 国家重点研发计划重点专项,基于光学微腔及其耦合系统的物态调控与光电子芯片研究,2022~2026,参与。
