乐志成
乐志成,中山大学副教授,博士生导师。2021年于中山大学获博士学位,2021至2025年在新加坡国立大学从事博士后研究。主要围绕药物递送系统的“高效递送-协同作用-递送机制”关键科学问题开展研究,并针对肿瘤、糖尿病创面、耐药细菌感染等重大临床疾病需求开发蛋白质治疗、基因治疗和噬菌体疗法。迄今以(共同)第一作者/通讯作者在Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional Materials、ACS Central Science、Materials Today、和Biomaterials等国际知名学术期刊发表学术论文10余篇。获授权6项中国发明专利,申请3项国际专利。(曾)担任Chinese Chemical Letters和Smart Molecules期刊青年编委,Nanoscale Advances和Pharmaceuticals期刊客座编辑,以及Journal of Materials Chemistry B, Chinese Chemical Letters等杂志的独立审稿人。获第18届国际生物医学工程会议(ICBME 2024)青年研究员奖。

研究方向(Research Interests)
高效药物递送技术:聚焦两亲性分子组装体、脂质纳米颗粒、刺激响应型聚合物的协同递送体系构建,通过理性设计载体材料特性突破蛋白质、核酸及噬菌体的递送瓶颈。
诊疗微针系统:面向组织再生医学与肿瘤个体化治疗需求,开发基于新材料/新设计的微针体系整合高效给药与原位生物信息捕获,实现"治疗-监测-反馈"闭环调控的个性化医疗模式。
