研究方向(Research Interest

细胞内药物递送技术:聚焦两亲性分子组装体、脂质纳米颗粒、刺激响应型聚合物的协同递送体系构建,解决生物大分子药物的膜屏障穿透难题。通过理性设计载体材料的拓扑结构与动态响应特性,突破蛋白质、核酸药物及基因编辑工具的靶向递送瓶颈。

诊疗微针系统面向组织再生医学与肿瘤个体化治疗需求,开发基于新材料/新设计的微针体系高效给药,发展微创、可持续和原位生物信息捕获功能的微针平台,实现"治疗-监测-反馈"闭环调控的个性化医疗新模式。
