乐志成

乐志成,中山大学副教授,博士生导师。2021年于中山大学获博士学位。主要从事生物医学材料研究,并针对肿瘤、糖尿病创面、耐药细菌感染等重大临床疾病需求开发蛋白质治疗、基因治疗和噬菌体疗法。迄今以(共同)第一作者/通讯作者在Advanced Materials、Advanced Functional MaterialsACS Central Science、Materials Today、Biomaterials等国际知名学术期刊发表学术论文10余篇。获授权6项中国发明专利,申请3项国际专利。(曾)担任Chinese Chemical LettersSmart Molecules期刊青年编委,Nanoscale AdvancesPharmaceuticals期刊客座编辑。

研究方向(Research Interests)

大分子药物递送:致力于开发两亲性小分子组装体、脂质纳米颗粒及类肽聚合物等递送载体,解决蛋白质与核酸等生物大分子药物易降解及跨细胞膜屏障能力差的挑战,提升其生物利用度与治疗效果。

噬菌体递送与控释:针对噬菌体疗法在临床应用中所面临的半衰期短、生物膜穿透困难及深部感染组织递送受限等瓶颈,设计并构建水凝胶、微针等给药系统提升噬菌体抗菌功效,推动其转化应用。
