二、学科方向
生物材料方向,研究方向是医学成像引导的肿瘤治疗(医学成像包括磁共振、超声、光声成像等)、靶向药物输送、医学影像探针和多功能诊疗纳米药物等。
(1)医学影像探针用于肿瘤、炎症等疾病的影像可视化治疗
开发新型磁共振、超声、CT和多模态诊疗探针,将两种或多种成像模式相互融合,深入到细胞和分子水平的成像以获取疾病组织更深层次及更精确的生物学信息,同时进行协同治疗并能探索疾病分子水平上的变化,进一步提高疾病的治疗效果。
(2)靶向药物输送平台
设计和开发新型纳米载药系统,如高分子纳米粒子、脂质体、外泌体和微泡等,用以包埋/携载酶、小分子肽、药物和DNA等。重点设计可以通过外源性(光、超声)或内源性(肿瘤微环境)响应来控制释放速度的新型药物载体系统。
