研究方向
1. 器官损伤性疾病的治疗:构建功能性药物递送系统用于脓毒症及多种器官损伤性疾病的治疗以及分子、细胞、动物水平的机制和疗效研究。
2. 治疗感染性疾病的纳米药物:开发生物相容、生物可降解的功能性聚合物系统,克服细菌耐药性,维持体内免疫稳态和循环系统的正常功能,治疗耐药细菌感染及其引发的炎症和并发症。
3. 仿生型药物递送系统用于心脑血管疾病的治疗:基于心脑血管疾病的病理生理学特征,构建仿生型药物输送体系用于药物的靶向递送和控制释放,发挥载体和药物的协同增效作用。
